These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phl63 ("phl63," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phl63.net ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the phl63 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its provisions.

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the Platform and place any wager.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of phl63 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phl63 or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your gaming activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To access the full range of phl63 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phl63. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. phl63 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. phl63 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phl63 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): phl63 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phl63 for KYC purposes, including a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on phl63 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phl63 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phl63's sole discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phl63 account within minutes of successful processing by the relevant payment provider. phl63 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which phl63 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phl63 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• Funds deposited into your phl63 account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform.
• phl63 does not pay interest on account balances.
• phl63 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in immediate account suspension.

phl63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• phl63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• phl63 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

All games available on the phl63 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

phl63 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by phl63 or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phl63 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phl63's decision in such matters is final. phl63 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl63 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using phl63 for any purpose related to the laundering of proceeds of crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate deposits made to phl63.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phl63.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phl63 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by phl63.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phl63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phl63 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phl63 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

phl63 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phl63 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the phl63 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phl63 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
